NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – The New Hanover County Technical Review Committee has revoked the conditional approval for the proposed Hilton Bluffs subdivision.
Last month, County Manager Chris Coudriet directed the Technical Review Committee to reassess the March 10 conditional approval of the proposed 1,800-home development in the Castle Hayne area.
