WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – One man is in custody after an assault and robbery that took place on N Front Street Sunday, Jan. 7, according to the Wilmington Police Department. 36-year-old Jerry Lee Heath allegedly used brass knuckles to assault a victim who he knew on N Front Street near Market Street. Heath is then accused of stealing money and the victim’s iPhone.
