WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – David Isaiah Ingram was arrested Monday and charged in connection to a shootout on Burnett Boulevard in July of last year. The sheriff’s office website says that he is charged with discharging firearm into occupied property/serious injury, discharging a firearm from an enclosure, discharging a firearm in a reckless manner and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
