NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – A lane of Carolina Beach Road heading north will be closed near the soon-to-be Hanover Pines Park between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 24-25. The closure will be for the installation of a right-turn lane into the new park, located across from the Exxon and Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
