WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A pedestrian was killed in a vehicle vs pedestrian crash at Randall Parkway that shut down part of the road, per the Wilmington Police Department. Crews have closed off Randall Parkway between Kerr Avenue and S College Road. A WPD representative says the crash occurred at approximately 6:23 p.m.
