Another 225 apartments could be coming to the growing Carolina Beach Road corridor. Developers submitted plans this week for an apartment complex on 7.7 acres near the intersection of Carolina Beach Road and Independence Boulevard. Indianapolis-based Millstone Ventures LLC is developing the project, which is proposed on several tracts of land at 3903, 3907 and 3913 Carolina Beach Road.
