WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Leland Police are searching for the suspect in a robbery Saturday morning at a Circle K gas station. Around 4:30 a.m., police say the suspect walked into the gas station and demanded money from the register. The suspect did not show a weapon but implied that he had one. He took $100 in cash and two packs of cigarettes. Some of the cash was recovered by officers when they visited the scene later.
