ATLANTA – A West Carteret alum enjoyed her first moment on the red carpet earlier this month as a highlight in a career only a decade old. Susan Russell was part of the costume department for “George & Tammy” that received a Primetime Emmy award nomination, one of four nominations for the anthology series about the romance between George Jones and Tammy Wynette starting Jessica Chastain and Michael Shannon.
