Drastic dips in temperatures have resulted in more than 100 sea turtles washing up on North Carolina shores this winter, and the Oak Island Sea Turtle Protection Program (OISTPP) is urging the beach-going public to be on the lookout for any cold-stunned turtles that may be struggling along the shore.
