Dave & Buster’s could be coming to Mayfaire Town Center.
Preliminary site plans were just submitted to the city on Jan. 29 for a 22,706-square foot building directly off the corner of Town Center Drive and Destiny Way.
The now vacant lot has a proposed use for a restaurant or arcade with 109 parking spaces and two handicap spaces.
There are 162 Dave & Buster’s branded stores in 42 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. The stores offer dining options as well as an assortment of entertainment attractions centered around playing games and watching live sports and other televised events.
This year, the 325-acre Mayfaire Town Center celebrates its 20th anniversary and is expecting to grow with more stores on the way including Warby Parker, Potbelly Sandwich Shop and Vochos Urban Mexican Kitchen.
