LELAND, N.C. (WECT) – The Leland Planning Board on Aug. 27 voted to recommend an amendment to the Brunswick Forest plan that could add at least 1,000 units. An engineer from McKim and Creed, the designer for the relevant parcel, says the developer wants to add a mix of single-family homes and townhomes.
