CAROLINA BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – When Tammi Sharp first walked into her Carolina Beach restaurant, Butts-N-Such, after historic rainfall last week, the water was up to her knees. Over a week later, the water is gone, but Sharp and her husband are still trying to pick up the pieces – and move toward reopening – as another storm heads north.
