WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A 21-year-old Wilmington man was arrested and charged in connection to a fatal shooting on Thursday, Sept. 26. Per the Wilmington Police Department, police responded to the 300 block of Campus Cove just after 7 p.m. on a report that a gun was fired after people thought it was unloaded.
