HAMPSTEAD – William “Bill” Perry Hobbs, Sr., 77, of Hampstead, passed away Friday, September 20, 2024, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Bill was born June 28, 1947 in Jacksonville, NC, a son of the late Lorenzo Dill Hobbs and Margie Hobbs. His three brothers, Joseph “Joe” , George, and Dane Hobbs and his granddaughter, Elizabeth Jo Ann Tyer, preceded him in death.
