PENDER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – The Pender County Sheriff’s Office announced that it is looking for 14-year-old Jaleigha Starr Porter. According to the PCSO, Porter is a runaway juvenile who was last seen at 8:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, in the 4000 block of N.C. 210 in Rocky Point. At the time, she was wearing gray yoga pants, a brown/tan tank top shirt and brown English style riding boots.
