WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – International Longshoreman’s Association (ILA) members at the Port of Wilmington have told WECT that an agreement to temporarily end the strike. A source for the Associated Press stated the US dockworkers agreed to suspend the strike until Jan. 15 to provide time to negotiate a new contract.
