NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) – A man is facing felony peeping charges following an incident that occurred at one of the New Hanover County library branches this week. According to a New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, a 17-year-old boy was using the bathroom at the Pine Valley location (3802 College Rd.) around 4:30pm on Wednesday.
