WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Residents in New Hanover County are being asked to recognize the service and sacrifice that local veterans have made through Operation Green Light. According to a county announcement, from Nov. 4-15, those looking to participate are asked to place a green light in a window or use a green exterior light.
