WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A day after North Carolina’s State Board of Elections announced more than four million ballots had been cast statewide during the early voting period – a new North Carolina record – large lines of voters crowded around polling places in New Hanover County for the final day of in-person early voting.
