WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) – Three charged including a juvenile after a traffic stop according to Wilmington Police. According to WPD, this past Saturday units pulled over a vehicle for a window tint violation in the 200 block of Montgomery Avenue. When one of the passengers was asked to step outside of the vehicle he tried to flee on foot with a pistol in his waistband. Police later brought him into custody. The pistol contained a modified conversion device.
