WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Wilmington Planning Commission will discuss two different developments next Wednesday, April 2 at 6 p.m.
One is a 48-unit senior housing development located at 710 N Kerr Ave. It is a one-building project with a mix of 28 one-bedroom units and 20 two-bedroom units.
