First Alert Forecast: early April to start to feel more like May or June

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Wilmington officially recorded 0.32 inches of rain with Monday evening’s frontal passage. April’s first two days will have drier skies and temperatures reaching the seasonable 70s for highs. Ahead of the next front, fill your water bottle for sweatier weather for the heart of the Azalea Festival with Thursday, Friday, and Saturday’s highs ranging from around 80 near the water to closer to 90 far inland.
