WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A shuttle service will be available at Independence Mall on Saturday.
Starting at 7 a.m., shuttles will run every 15 minutes, taking passengers downtown for the Azalea Festival parade.
After the parade is over, the shuttle service will bring passengers back to Independence Mall until 2 p.m. The last shuttle will leave downtown at 1:45 p.m…
