First Alert Forecast: temps turning up to start the new work week

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Your First Alert Forecast opens with a bright Palm Sunday with temperatures in the 60s to around 70, a clear and crisp Sunday night with lows in the 40s to around 50 and a sunny and toasty Monday with highs in the lower and middle 80s. Dry high pressure systems will ensure miniscule 0 to 10% daily rain chances ahead of a warm Easter weekend. One minor exception: a front will bring a stray – 20% or so – shower or storm chance late Tuesday afternoon.
