JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – A Jacksonville man is behind bars on multiple charges of human trafficking and child exploitation.
Jacksonville police say they charged 21-year-old Dezom Price-Williams with the following:
- Human trafficking child victim (x2)
- Second-degree kidnapping
- Second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor
- Third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor
Police say the investigation began in June 2023 when police responded to reports of a runaway teen.
