WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A new mural is now on display in downtown Wilmington and was created to paint a picture of the Cape Fear.
The mural was painted by children at DREAMS Center for Arts Education. Items were painted to represent the city and the activities Wilmington has to offer, including the famous Azaleas.
