WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A man was arrested after he ran down Independence Boulevard nude and assaulted a Wilmington police officer.
According to the Wilmington Police Department (WPD), the incident happened just before 2:30 a.m. on June 20. A unit responded to a report of a man running down the road with no clothes on.
