WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The YMCA is taking part in the World’s Largest Swim Lesson—a global effort to raise awareness about the importance of teaching children how to swim and prevent drowning.
According to YMCA, this will be a fun, free swim lesson is open to kids and families of all skill levels and is part of a synchronized event happening at hundreds of pools around the world.
