A pedestrian was hit and killed during the early morning of July 4 on Market Street in Wilmington.
Shortly before 12:30 a.m., Wilmington Police Department officers responded to a 911 call about a pedestrian hit by a car in the 4100 block of Market Street, the Wilmington Police Department said in a news release.
