Backyard BBQ: Steak and Mushroom Packets

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – This edition of Backyard BBQ features WECT’s Gabe Ross and Jon Barber from Wilmington Grill, as they prepare Steak and Mushroom Packets.

What you need:

  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Steak
  • Steak Sauce Marinade
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Ziplock bag

Instructions

  1. Place steak in the Ziplock bag with the steak sauce marinade for 15 to 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the steak from the bag and place it in the center of the aluminum foil. Make sure the foil is large enough to make a pouch around the steak.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the top of the steak, adding salt, pepper and rosemary.
