CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — The Carolina Beach Town Council held a workshop Tuesday for an update on the Sunny Day Flooding Project, which focuses on flooding events that happen outside of major storms.
The researchers from NC State held workshops to identify flood resilience strategies preferred by the community.
