PENDER CO., N.C. (WECT) – We’ve all probably dealt with loud neighbors, but complaints in Pender County about noise at a motocross track have led to a new county ordinance. Some people are upset that it breaks their rights as property owners.
“I grew up in the cornfields of Indiana, and the only thing for us to do out there was ride dirt bikes,” said Chad Nichols, the owner of Salty Acres Adventure Park.
