WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) -Friends and family gathered at the site of a crash that took the lives of two people in Wilmington.
The memorial was held for 18-year-old Brooklen Wallace, who rode in the car driven by Noah Johnston that crashed and caught fire on Willard Street on Sunday.
