KURE BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – A Wilmington man has been arrested and charged in connection with a death that happened in Kure Beach in 2024.
According to the Kure Beach Police Department (KBPD), 57-year-old Kevin Edward De Pew has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the death of 60-year-old David Michael Koffel.
