WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A section of River Road is set to close for construction starting Sunday.
Starting on Sunday, August 18, River Road will close from Coleman Drive to Independence Boulevard to allow construction on a roundabout at the intersection River Road and Independence Boulevard to enter its next phase.
