NORTH CAROLINA (WWAY) — Starting Monday, local recreational anglers will be able to donate flounder carcass’ to science for the chance to win a prize.
The NC Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Marine Fisheries will be collecting flounder carcasses to be used for research.
