DUI Crash Into Gas Main Sparks Massive Wilmington Explosion

The August 19 North Carolina building explosion is more than a stark reminder of infrastructure vulnerability. The dramatic explosion in Wilmington is thanks to 46-year-old Jason Lee Beach, who, reports say, crashed his vehicle into a gas main while allegedly driving under the influence.
