Grandfather accused of putting drugs in Dairy Queen Blizzards

WILMINGTON, N.C. – A North Carolina grandfather was taken into custody for allegedly putting drugs in the Dairy Queen Blizzards he gave to his grandchildren.

The Wilmington Police Department says James Yokeley flagged down an officer near a gas station earlier this month and told the officer his two granddaughters found pills inside of the ice cream bought at a Dairy Queen in New Hanover County.

The pills later tested positive for cocaine and ecstasy…
