WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Wilmington Fire Department (WFD) is at the scene of a car that crashed into the side of the Dollar Tree on Carolina Beach Road.
Witnesses told WECT that WFD crews are attempting to cut someone out of the car.
