WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT/Gray News) – A narcotics investigation led investigators to the remains of two possible fetuses, according to authorities.
The Wilmington Police Department reports that on Aug. 22, a search warrant was executed on a home on Wesley Avenue for narcotics violations.
