NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – A man from Wilmington was sentenced to over 50 years in prison after being found guilty on multiple charges, including raping a child.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, 44-year-old Michael Samuels was convicted by a New Hanover County jury on four counts of sex offense with a child, rape of a child, and three counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.
