Downtown Wilmington Cape Fear Habitat ReStore permanently closing

According to the organization, the store is closing due to the property being sold.

“We are deeply grateful to the many community members who have supported the 3rd Street ReStore over the years—whether by shopping with us, donating items, or simply spreading the word,” said Marlowe Foster, President and CEO of Cape Fear Habitat. “We also want to thank our employees for their commitment and service. While this change may feel bittersweet, we look forward to many more years with them at our Monkey Junction and Ogden ReStores. Our customers have truly become like family, and we remain committed to serving them and our community with the same spirit of partnership and care.”…
