WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A community gathering to celebrate the life and legacy of Major General Joseph A. McNeil will be held this weekend.
His wife, Ina Brown McNeil, will escort her husband’s remains along Major General Joseph McNeil Commemorative Way on Saturday, Sept. 13.
