CAROLINA BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – It’s been one year since The Veggie Wagon in Carolina Beach was rocked with flooding from Potential Tropical Storm 8.
PTC 8 not only damaged businesses in Carolina Beach but also houses across southeastern North Carolina, with historic rainfall and flooding.
