CAROLINA BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – Authorities have shut down a road in Carolina Beach following a deadly crash.
According to the Carolina Beach Police Department (CBPD), the single-car accident happened on Dow Road between Harper and Cape Fear Boulevard.
CBPD confirms one person is dead.
