WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office (NHCSO) is searching for 50-year-old James Brian Smith.
According to NHCSO, Smith went missing on Sept. 21 and was last seen at 6009 Nettle Circle in Wilmington.
