NEW HANOVER COUNTY (WECT) – A Wilmington man is facing multiple charges after allegedly taking indecent liberties with children.
Eddis Michael Fulghum allegedly used a cellphone to solicit a 9-year-old to commit an unlawful sexual act, according to court records. Records state he allegedly solicited a 9-year-old for sexual servitude in exchange for narcotics.
