WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Lulu and Randy, two 11-year-old dogs from the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services Unit, are looking for their forever home.
They are described as energetic. Both are spayed/neutered and the shelter prefers they be adopted together.
