The breakout drama is now streaming
Grammy-nominated trio Midland’s lead singer, Mark Wystrach, has returned to the silver screen in the Prime Video music drama series The Runarounds. From the creators of Outer Banks, The Runarounds follows a group of recent high school graduates from Wilmington, North Carolina, who come together the summer after graduation to form a rock band, united by their shared love of music and near-impossible dream of stardom. Wystrach brings his true-to-life music industry experience to his role as “Catesby,” a music store owner who has lived the highs and lows that Nashville has to offer and acts as a mentor to the burgeoning group.
Since premiering on September 1st, the series has found fast success, quickly attracting a cult-like fanbase. The band/starring cast behind The Runarounds are embarking on their Minivan Tour this fall, playing shows throughout the month of October in cities including Louisville, KY; Asheville, SC; Little Rock, AR; and more…
