Gov. Stein talks reform after recent mental health-linked violence in the state

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) – After recent tragedies across North Carolina were linked to mental health issues, Governor Josh Stein says public safety reform is coming.

“Our hearts ache for the families of Iryna Zarutska in Charlotte, and the three victims who died in Southport,” Stein says.
